EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Executive to lead end-to-end merchant onboarding and deployment for our EPOS system in Singapore. You will coordinate operations, verify system readiness, and ensure a smooth deployment with structured merchant training and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, data/configuration checks, and effective communication with internal teams to meet deployment SLAs and achieve high merchant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• A. Project Operations & Coordination – Manage new projects from order sheet receipt through preparation, deployment, and project completion; review merchant information, product data, hardware requirements, and system configurations; coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and other internal stakeholders; track milestones and tasks to meet SLA; identify deployment risks and escalate with corrective actions.
