Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a deployment project coordinator in Singapore to review requirements, coordinate pre-deployment calls, and ensure successful go-live.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Technical and Payment teams, backend configuration, and post-deployment support to stabilize client systems. Applicants should be proficient in gathering client information, validating setup prerequisites, and managing timelines to deliver deployment readiness and a smooth client

• Ability to collect and validate client requirements.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and clarify any missing information with stakeholders.
• Coordinate pre-deployment activities with clients to confirm readiness and timelines.
• Gather and validate client information and setup requirements to ensure deployment readiness.
• Coordinate with Technical and Payment teams on hardware, software and device requirements; track dependencies and escalate blockers.
• Configure client backend systems and set up modules (QR tenant, menus, users, devices).
• Conduct deployment readiness checks and support go-live activities with Trainer and Client.
• Provide post-deployment support during stabilization period and act as main client contact when Trainer is unavailable.
