Job summary

VITAL (Ministry of Finance) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the digitisation of ePfile and onboarding of agencies to the ePfile system, eHIVE. You will coordinate with agencies, VITAL teams, and DA Digitisation vendors to ensure smooth digitisation and strong service delivery.

The role requires team supervision, project management, and experience with records management systems, with a focus on continuous process improvements and system administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in service and operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and client-facing functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver service standards.
• Oversee workload allocation and day-to-day operations, ensuring resources meet delivery needs.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and coach team members.
• Coordinate onboarding of agencies onto the ePfile system and liaise with vendors.
• Prepare and present regular management reports on performance, onboarding progress, and risks.
• Administer user access in Records and Document Management systems.
