Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for an HR cum Admin Executive to join the Environmental Services sector in Tuas. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with transport provided and a salary up to SGD 3,500 plus transport allowance and a bonus.

The successful candidate will maintain confidential records, handle work passes, manage payroll inputs, assist recruitment, and prepare HR reports while coordinating training and staff welfare activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related HR/administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee records including personal and leave records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Check attendance, timesheets and overtime for payroll.
• Monitor confirmations and performance appraisals.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, confirmations, increments and promotions.
• Support recruitment liaising with agencies and vendors.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Coordinate training programs and external providers.
• Assist with company events and staff welfare activities.
• Support HR Manager on HR and administrative matters.
