Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and registrations.
• Attend to enquiries from sellers and buyers.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the vehicle transaction process.
• Coordinate vehicle handover and collection.
• Perform LTA transactions and assist with documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support.
• Photograph vehicles and upload information into company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and system data.
• Support daily business operations and assist with ad-hoc duties and projects.
