Job summary

CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support the company’s commercial growth by driving seamless end-to-end vehicle sales operations, including registration, delivery, and logistics.

You will coordinate sales deals, documentation, and handover with internal teams and partners, ensure all paperwork is accurate and filed on time, and track vehicle status from setup to handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: GCE N/O Levels; Diploma preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in executing vehicle transactions and business expansion activities.
• Coordinate sales deals, documentation, and post-sales processes.
• Ensure all sales-related paperwork is accurately prepared, submitted, and maintained in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all sales commitments.
• Manage end-to-end vehicle registration and ownership transfer processes with relevant authorities and partners.
• Prepare, verify, and submit all required documentation for registrations and transfers.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, and ready for handover.
• Track and maintain accurate updates on vehicle status across the pipeline.
