Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity Singapore is seeking a junior Security Operations Support specialist to provide day-to-day end user support for a Secure Service Edge solution in a 24/7 operation. You will handle incidents, requests, and monitoring, with on-the-job training before joining the roster.

Ideal candidates have a IT-related diploma or degree, basic networking or cyber security knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Good knowledge in End User Support.
• Knowledge in Networking and/or Cyber Security (e.g., Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, Threat Detection).
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Meticulous self-starter with a service mindset.
• Entry level candidates with passion for cyber security welcome.
• Rotating 12-hour shift schedule (day and night). OJT before roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end user support for a Secure Service Edge solution in a 24/7 staffed operation.
• Ensure incidents and inquiries are tracked, escalated and closed.
• Perform end-to-end incident management, troubleshooting and resolution per SLA.
• Escalate to L2 engineer or vendor support when required.
• Raise Change Requests for configuration changes.
• Manage agent software upgrades and rollout.
• Process and fulfill service requests per SLA.
• Monitor health of the solution and respond to system alerts.
• Work with the Operations Lead to ensure tasks are executed.
• Maintain operational documentation including change tracking.
