Job summary

UP Technologies International PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Project Manager to champion the delivery of AI-powered applications, oversee modern data architectures, and enforce robust cybersecurity architecture reviews across corporate platforms and regional client solutions.

You will bridge AI engineers, data specialists, security experts, and business partners, applying Agile/Scrum practices to ensure timely, secure, and scalable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/Data Science/Cybersecurity/Software Engineering.
• 3–5 years IT project management with AI/ML or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of generative AI/ML integration workflows, data lakes/warehouses, and API-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, ISO27001, IAM, threat modeling, code security auditing).
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and SDLC/DevSecOps practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking IT Project Manager to join our technical team. In this role, you will champion the delivery of AI-powered applications, oversee modern data architectures, and enforce robust cybersecurity architecture reviews across our corporate platforms and regional client solutions. You will serve as the technical bridge between AI engineers, data specialists, security experts, and strategic business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Data Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for AI/ML-driven applications, natural language workflows, and modern data architecture implementations (data pipelines, analytics, and cloud storage).

• Cybersecurity Architecture Review: Direct technical security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigations during project design and deployment; ensure all systems comply with local cyber standards (e.g., PDPA, MAS TRM guidelines where applicable).

• Infrastructure & Integration Coordination: Oversee the integration of enterprise IT infrastructure with AI APIs, hybrid cloud environments, and secure data storage models.

• Resource & Scope Management: Define project scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget controls while ensuring delivery stays on schedule using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional AI developers, data engineers, security consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure technical specifications align with business objectives.

• Governance & Disaster Recovery: Establish operational compliance, data privacy protocols, incident management workflows, and system audit trails across all digital services and AI platform operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrated experience in delivering AI/ML integration, data analytics infrastructure, or cybersecurity governance projects.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of generative AI/LLM integration workflows, modern data lakes/warehouses, and API-driven system architecture.

  • Strong familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, ISO27001, IAM, threat modeling, and code security auditing).

  • Hands-on proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and standard SDLC/DevSecOps practices.

• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CISSP, CISM, or AWS/Azure AI/Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical trade-offs between speed, AI performance, and data security.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI and security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
