Job summary

59stVentures Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an AI Solutions & Implementation Consultant who bridges client challenges with AI-powered solutions, leading use-case discovery, solution design, governance advisory, and training facilitation.

You will work with GPTBots.ai, InterSystems, and data analytics tools to craft scalable AI applications, manage PoCs, and ensure responsible AI aligned with PDPA and IMDA guidelines while driving business value across industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to engage business stakeholders and translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery sessions with client stakeholders to identify opportunities across sectors.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to prioritize AI use cases by value and feasibility.
• Document processes, identify friction points, and justify AI opportunities.
• Develop use-case proposals and presentations for diverse client audiences.
• Translate business needs into AI designs using GPTBots.ai and LLMs.
• Scope AI solutions, including chatbots and AI-assisted analytics with pricing estimates.
• Support PoC delivery through scope definition, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Produce implementation recommendations and client-ready documentation.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption per IMDA governance and PDPA.
• Assess AI risks and develop governance and risk mitigation plans.
• Act as trusted advisor ensuring ethical, explainable AI aligned with standards.
• Identify new consulting opportunities using AI-driven market intel and CRM tools.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial meetings to proposals and closure.
• Maintain AI opportunity pipelines and provide forecasts to leadership.
• Represent 59stVentures at events and conferences to generate leads.
• Design and deliver AI training programs for enterprises and the public.
• Develop AI literacy curricula for executives and staff.

The AI Solutions & Implementation Consultant bridges client business challenges with AI-powered solutions, leading AI use case discovery, solution design, governance advisory, business development, and training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to analyze business challenges, workflows, and identify AI opportunities across industries including healthcare, finance, retail, and professional services
• Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and interviews to prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness
• Document current processes, identify friction points, and produce AI opportunity assessments with clear business case justifications
• Develop tailored use case proposals, solution recommendations, and presentations for diverse client audiences
• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs using generative AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI automation tools such as GPTBots.ai and InterSystems
• Design and scope AI solutions including chatbots, knowledge management systems, workflow automation, and AI-assisted analytics, covering approach, effort estimation, and pricing
• Support rapid Proof-of-Concept (PoC) delivery through scope definition, prototype configuration, testing, and validation using GPTBots.ai and other AI platforms
• Produce solution documentation, PoC findings, and implementation recommendations for client and internal review
• Advise clients on responsible AI adoption applying Singapore’s IMDA Model AI Governance Framework and PDPA compliance requirements
• Assess AI solution risks including data privacy, bias, transparency, and regulatory compliance; develop governance frameworks and risk mitigation plans
• Act as a trusted advisor ensuring AI solutions are ethical, explainable, and aligned with Singapore’s AI governance standards
• Identify and develop new AI consulting business opportunities using AI-powered market intelligence, CRM, and lead generation tools
• Manage the full sales cycle for AI consulting engagements from initial meetings through proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
• Maintain accurate AI consulting opportunity pipelines and provide regular forecasts to leadership
• Represent 59stVentures at industry events, AI conferences, and networking sessions to build brand presence and generate leads
• Design and deliver structured AI training programs for enterprise clients and the public using proven methodologies (e.g. ACLP) and AI content generation tools
• Develop AI literacy curricula for diverse audiences, including senior executives and frontline staff, covering generative AI fundamentals, tool adoption, and responsible AI practices
• Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and post-training application surveys
• Apply data analytics tools (Power BI, Python, Tableau) to derive AI-driven insights and measure business impact of AI implementations
• Define and track KPIs for AI deployments including accuracy, time savings, cost reduction, and user adoption metrics
• Produce AI impact reports and dashboards for client stakeholders and internal management

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Experience with AI/automation platforms such as GPTBots.ai, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or similar
• Experience with data analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Python
• Experience in B2B consulting or business development in Singapore or Southeast Asia
