We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our AI Product group. You will conform to high standards of planning and management, working in a cutting‑edge, dynamic and professionally challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects
• Lead the project planning, resourcing and scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on project status and activities
• Oversee requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, partners and other stakeholders
• Assist overseas project manager counterpart (in EST time zone) with project delivery.
• Involved in the Pre‑sale and Sale stages
• Optional: Manage/Guide PM Intern

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Engineering/Project‑Management
• Scrum Master and/or PMP certification (Mandatory)
• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably with external customers, at the scale of either: 4 or more man‑years / at least $250K budget
• Experience in delivering projects/programs with multi‑phases and compressed time frame.
• Experience with vendors and partners management
• Innovative, motivated and a quick learner
• Ability to work well in a team and take end‑to‑end ownership of activities
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology
• Bonus: AI‑related technical background/experience with software development
