Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated candidate to support procurement, order fulfilment, supplier coordination and broader business operations in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

You will gain hands-on experience across daily purchasing, PO processing and market updates while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience in supply chain, procurement or rubber industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement, purchase order processing and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Process and monitor customer orders to support timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist in preparing market updates, purchasing reports and supply trend analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining supplier and customer contracts and records.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
