Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Management Executive to support onboarding, data maintenance, and user support within a digital procurement environment.

You will gain exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and enterprise systems while collaborating with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders. Excellent opportunity to develop data management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, customer service, operations support, data administration, or shared services is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding, registration, and profile updates.
• Guide suppliers through portal processes and address user enquiries.
• Investigate portal issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Review supplier records for completeness and accuracy; assist with data cleansing and reconciliation.
