Job summary

FRANK RECRUITMENT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a desktop support role in Singapore (West). The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to 2 years in IT support and demonstrates a can-do attitude with strong learning agility.

You will provide end-user IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and apps, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage MS 365 access, and help maintain inventory and AV equipment while collaborating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
• Up to 2 years IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience considered.
• Strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and applications.
• Assist users with technical issues and service requests.
• Support onboarding and offboarding setup.
• Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 access.
• Help maintain IT equipment and asset inventory.
• Support meeting room and AV equipment.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams when required.
