• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards

Our client is a specialist industrial solutions provider supplying thermoplastic piping systems, valves and fittings across industries such as semiconductor, water & wastewater, chemical and oil & gas. They are hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to support their growing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
• Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability
