Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Contact Centre Officer to join our Customer Service team in Singapore. You will handle phone enquiries and live chats from financial representatives, ensuring service excellence and timely follow-up.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer-centric communication, and collaboration within a dynamic team. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• A-Level & above.
• Comfortable communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable communicating via live chat and typing responses to financial representatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented disposition.
• A strong team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and requests received through phone calls and live chat in a professional, efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
• Resolve customers’ and financial representatives’ enquiries, complaints and issues at the first point of contact wherever possible, ensuring good closure.
• Record complete and accurate information on customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up on matters as promised to customers and financial representatives.
• Assess appeals and prepare recommendations for Managers, Heads or HODs.
• Perform additional or overtime duties during operational exigencies when required.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
