Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is hiring a front-line customer support agent based in Eunos. You will handle phone enquiries from policyholders and live chats from financial representatives, delivering service excellence and timely issue resolution.

Working hours are Mon to Fri, 9am–6pm. Salary ranges from 2,800 to 4,000 SGD monthly, plus a completion bonus based on experience. You will maintain accurate CRM data, follow up on promises, and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree with relevant experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers from all walks of life.
• Proficient typing and live chat with financial representatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cheerful, positive team player in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from phone calls and live chats in a professional, efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
• Resolve complaints at first touchpoint with good closure.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the CRM system.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers / financial representatives.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and overtime duties as needed.
