Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or part-time experience in logistics or operations is an advantage but not required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Trade Operations Support: assist with daily cross-border shipment coordination following procedures and instructions.
• Customs & Documentation Support: monitor customs clearance progress and check documents for completeness.
• Invoice & Payment Support: assist in checking invoices and supporting documents for completeness.
• Coordination & Reporting Support: communicate updates with internal teams, brokers, and service providers; prepare simple status updates using templates.
