Job summary
The Ministry of Law is seeking an experienced Experience & Interface Designer to support a digital transformation project. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers and Engineers to translate business and user requirements into intuitive, user-centred digital experiences.
The role requires a balance of UX/UI design, user research, stakeholder management and technical awareness, including working with CAMP platform and OutSystems.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of UX/UI or product design experience.
- Experience translating business and user needs into practical design solutions.
- Hands-on user research, interviews and usability testing.
- Ability to work with developers during design implementation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise or government digital services is a plus.
- Familiarity with SGDS and accessibility considerations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user-centred design solutions.
- Design intuitive journeys and interfaces for enterprise applications.
- Work within CAMP platform and OutSystems constraints to ensure feasibility.
- Collaborate with Backend Engineers to support implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Support UAT by reviewing interfaces against design specs.
- Present design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional project teams.
