Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a UX Designer to join the Government Digital Products (GDP) Team in Singapore. You will collaborate with technologists, product managers and agencies to inform design decisions, and work in an Agile context to deliver user-centered digital experiences for government e-services.

You will sit with the GDP team, helping to shape product strategy, gather requirements, prototype and ship features, with a focus on improving citizen experience and government efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in user research to inform product and design decisions.
• Ability to analyse user feedback and activity to iteratively improve experiences.
• Collaborative with scrum teams, engineers, product managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inform product and design decisions in collaboration with the GDP team.
• Work with the scrum team and other agencies to shape user experience decisions.
• Lead research efforts and ship features that enhance citizen experience across e-services.
• Translate insights into intuitive, accessible design recommendations.
• Contribute to reusable design patterns across GovTech products.
