Job summary

Xendit is seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join our regional/global go-to-market team. You’ll bridge the enterprise clients with Xendit's product and engineering teams, driving technical wins in complex sales cycles.

You will partner with Account Executives to architect payment solutions across Xendit's licensed infrastructure and guide clients from discovery through to successful integration and launch.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to read code samples and explain concepts to engineers.
• Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and/or payouts is highly preferred.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored payment solutions with regional/global sales teams leveraging Xendit's product suite.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with CTOs and lead engineers to map integration needs.
• Architect cross-border solutions across SEA ensuring compliance and favorable commercial outcomes.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as trusted technical advisor during the sales process to boost deal velocity and credibility.
