Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect / Pre‑Sales / TAM.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical client‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interactions with merchants from initial contact to deal won.
• Run demos, build show‑me payment flows, create POCs and internal designs.
• Create solution designs and internal documentation; support RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to position capabilities and drive deals.
