Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to design and architect payment solutions across Xendit's 7-market licensed infrastructure for enterprise clients in Singapore.

You will partner with Account Executives to win complex presales, lead technical discovery and integration guidance through to client launch, and build credibility with engineering and C-suite stakeholders while delivering structured technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a client-facing technical role in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to explain to non-technical audiences.
• Experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect preferred.
• Comfort with technical discovery and translating client needs into payment solutions.
• Excellent communication for technical and executive stakeholders.
