Job summary

Xendit Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technically-minded, client-facing Solutions Engineer to join the regional/global go-to-market team. You will bridge enterprise clients with product and engineering, guiding from technical discovery to successful integration and launch.

You will partner with Account Executives to drive the technical win in complex sales cycles, map client needs to Xendit's licensed infrastructure, and deliver credible, compliant payment solutions across SEA.

Qualifications

6+ years of client-facing technical experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SDKs; able to explain technical concepts to engineers.
Familiarity with payment flows, acquiring, FX, and payouts is highly preferred.
Experience with regional/global enterprise clients is essential.

Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design: design tailored payment solutions with regional/global sales teams.
RFP/RFI Support & Technical Documentation: lead technical responses and create integration guides.
POC & Integration Advisory: scope and manage technical proofs of concepts and guide sandbox testing.
Voice of the Customer to Product: capture feedback and share with product/engineering.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with sales, CS, and engineering to ensure smooth handoffs.
