Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our SEA distributed team. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to our most strategic users during Stripe integrations, driving high-quality outcomes and accelerating time-to-live.

You will act as the primary technical contact for large clients and partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, while staying current with Stripe technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years in architecture, technical consulting or delivery roles.
• Comfortable with code-level debugging of Stripe and customer code.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and APIs integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for on-site customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members, solving complex challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and user-facing teams to drive client engagement and revenue.
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end from architecture to code implementation.
• Explain Stripe concepts, product features, and API architecture to clients.
