Hard Problems in Singapore is seeking a UX/Product/Service Designer embedded with Enterprise Singapore to improve ESIMS processes. You will conduct user research, map service journeys, and create flows, wireframes, and prototypes for enterprise workflows.

You will ensure accessibility, work with product managers and engineers, and advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle in a government digital services context.

Formación

• Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiries, and discovery workshops.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to inform product decisions.
• Map and redesign end-to-end service journeys; create service blueprints to simplify processes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for complex case management.
• Ensure design consistency across ESIMS using design standards and systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to refine requirements and solutions.
• Champion accessibility and government digital service standards; ensure usability improvements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to evaluate implemented solutions.
