Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Network Support Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise network services. You will ensure availability, performance, and security while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting changes and migrations, with after-hours standby as required. A CCNA and 2–5 years of experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CCNA certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of enterprise network support experience.
• Experience with large-scale networks and mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of core networking protocols and routing/switching.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Internet connectivity).
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; perform troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Support changes, upgrades, maintenance, and service requests per procedures.
• Participate in network design, implementation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on requirements and delivery.
• Provide after-hours standby support as needed.
