K2 Partnering Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer based 100% onsite in Toa Payoh, Singapore.

You will support and maintain complex multi-vendor networking environments, perform routine upgrades, and manage security configurations. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, CCNP certification, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering.

Qualifications

Based in Singapore and onsite at Toa Payoh daily.
CCNP certification mandatory.
3+ years hands-on enterprise network infrastructure experience.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Operate, manage, and maintain enterprise server, network, and firewall systems across multi-vendor environments.
Plan, schedule, and execute routine network maintenance including firmware upgrades.
Perform routine backups of configurations and implement routing policy changes.
Monitor network performance and security; escalate issues with vendors as needed.
Lead Level 1 incident response during high-severity events with stakeholders.
Support network installations and production environment rollouts.
