Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks an Enterprise Knowledge Management Specialist to establish and scale the bank’s knowledge framework. You will partner with risk, technology, compliance and operations to define governance standards, taxonomy and AI-ready practices, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional change, build adoption playbooks, and ensure knowledge assets are accurate, secure and reusable across policy, process, control and risk domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data governance, information management, knowledge management, enterprise architecture, AI governance or related roles.
• Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, playbooks, operating routines and measurable outcomes.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise governance frameworks and driving organization-wide implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise knowledge management strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• Establish knowledge governance standards, policies, controls and playbooks.
• Lead phased implementations across priority functions with adoption materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Risk, Technology, Compliance, Operations, HR and business domains.
• Develop taxonomy, metadata and classification standards for knowledge assets.
• Define AI-ready knowledge standards for AI copilots, knowledge graphs and AI agents.
• Define KPIs, dashboards and governance mechanisms for knowledge quality and AI readiness.
