Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a senior Operations Transformation Lead to own the end-to-end SOP Platform and Knowledge Foundation. You will drive AI-enabled knowledge assets, reframe SOPs into reusable agent skills, and partner with Technology to embed these assets into platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations Transformation, Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation with Ops and Tech stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SOP frameworks, process mapping, taxonomy, ontology, and metadata.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, RAG architecture, or workflow automation is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Self-driven with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SOP Platform and Operations Skills ecosystem delivery roadmap.
• Lead transformation of SOPs into reusable AI agent skills and workflows.
• Establish centralized SOP Platform integrating SOPs, knowledge bases, and knowledge assets.
• Drive single source of truth for operational knowledge across Group Operations.
• Design ontology, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge graph frameworks linking processes, SOPs, controls, and functions.
• Enable contextual knowledge discovery for AI Agents and Operations users.
• Partner with Technology to integrate knowledge assets into AI platforms and solutions.
• Engage stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Data, and Business to drive alignment and governance.
• Drive governance, risk management, and operating model requirements for the platform.
• Identify opportunities for knowledge management and process automation improvements.
