Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks an Enterprise Knowledge Management Specialist within the Data & AI function to establish, operationalise and scale the Bank's knowledge management capability. You will partner with risk, technology, compliance and HR to define governance standards, taxonomy and AI-ready practices, acting as the framework architect and implementation partner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise data governance, information management or knowledge management.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, playbooks and operating routines.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk/control models and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise knowledge strategy, roadmap and operating model with GRM.
• Establish governance standards, policies, controls and playbooks.
• Lead phased implementation with cross-functional teams across Risk, Tech, Compliance, HR and Operations.
• Develop taxonomy, metadata and information architecture standards.
• Define AI-ready knowledge standards for Copilot, Enterprise Search, and AI agents.
