Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an Enterprise Knowledge Management Specialist within the Data & AI function to establish, operationalize and scale the Bank's knowledge framework. You will partner with GRM, business, technology, compliance and HR to define enterprise governance standards, taxonomy and AI-ready knowledge practices, ensuring ownership remains with respective functions.

You will lead framework implementation, drive adoption and measure impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Management, Data Management, CS/IS, Business or Risk Management.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data governance, information management, knowledge management, or related roles.
• Experience in banking/financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, playbooks and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise knowledge strategy, roadmap and operating model with governance.
• Establish knowledge governance standards, policies and playbooks across stakeholders.
• Lead framework implementation and change management with cross-functional teams.
• Develop taxonomy, metadata and information architecture for knowledge assets.
• Define AI-ready standards for Copilot, Enterprise Search, and AI agents.
