OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data & AI Architect to lead the architecture strategy, blueprints, and governance for data collection, security, processing, activation, and monetisation across the bank. You will act as the design authority to ensure target state results align with the enterprise roadmap.

You will define target architectures (data mesh/lakehouse, streaming, ML lifecycle) and chair cross‑domain reviews while driving standards, risk controls, and compliant, scalable

Qualifikationen

• 10–15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture with data/AI leadership at scale.
• Proven ownership of data platform modernisation and MLOps across multi‑cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong grasp of governance, lineage, model risk controls, privacy and security‑by‑design.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud data/AI platforms and streaming technologies.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain target‑state Data & AI architecture and roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Chair design reviews and arbitrate architecture decisions across domains.
• Publish standards for data modelling, ML lifecycle, feature stores, and responsible AI.
• Partner with solution architects to shape designs and ensure conformance to blueprint.
• Embed data quality, retention, encryption, and access controls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Define measurable outcomes and drive adoption of reusable patterns and governance gates.
• Coach engineers and foster reusable reference implementations and run patterns.
