Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Storage, Backup & Server solutions across enterprise accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing, build relationships with partners, resellers and customers, and work with vendors on solutions.

Senior candidates can earn up to S$160k OTE, with juniors up to S$80k, and compensation aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, storage, backup, server or data centre solutions.
• B2B technology sales / business development experience.
• Experience with Dell, Lenovo, HP or similar technology solutions (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities across storage, backup, servers and data centre solutions.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners and resellers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with vendors and internal technical teams to develop solutions.
• Achieve revenue, pipeline and sales targets.
• Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
