Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospect identification through contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Build relationships with enterprise and public sector stakeholders to identify projects and resource requirements.
• Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to provide staffing and consulting solutions.
• Drive client engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the technology ecosystem.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including revenue growth and profitability.
