Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a seasoned Customer Marketing Strategy & Executive Engagement leader in Singapore. You will shape and drive the annual customer marketing strategy and an integrated executive engagement program across strategic accounts and industries.

You will partner with sales and business leaders to prioritise key accounts, design differentiated executive experiences, and translate executive interactions into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and customer engagement.
• Proven experience designing and leading C-suite and executive engagement programmes.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Enterprise Accounts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and B2B buying dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the annual customer marketing strategy and executive engagement roadmap aligned with enterprise growth priorities, strategic accounts, and target industry sectors.
• Establish and manage an integrated portfolio of executive engagement platforms, including advisory councils, leadership roundtables, executive dinners, industry forums, innovation showcases, and strategic customer programs.
• Identify and deploy the most effective engagement approaches based on account objectives and stages of the customer journey.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to prioritise strategic accounts for enhanced access and relationships.
• Build and manage a coordinated annual engagement calendar to maximise executive participation.
• Develop engagement frameworks translating executive interactions into business outcomes and insights.
