Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ITSM CSI Lead to drive service excellence, process maturity, and strategic improvements across the organization. You will build and govern the CSI practice, prioritizing initiatives and measuring benefits realization to ensure technology services evolve with regulatory and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of ITSM, Service Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Technology Governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead IT Asset Management strategy for hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets.
• Ensure MAS regulations, cybersecurity, and governance standards related to IT assets are met.
• Oversee full asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, retirement.
• Implement and maintain ITAM tools, CMDB integrity, and asset tracking processes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and App teams for asset hygiene and patch compliance.
• Participate in audits and maintain accurate asset inventories for compliance.
• Define asset governance standards, naming conventions, and configuration policies.
• Manage ITAM policies, procedures, training, and stakeholder engagement across functions.
• Maintain Technology Improvement Roadmap and CSI policies to improve service quality.
• Track improvement initiatives and measure benefits realization against objectives.
• Provide executive reporting on CSI performance and value realization.
