Job summary

SCash Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology engagements, including core platforms and partner-integrated builds. You will read technical designs, review configuration sheets, and discuss architecture with engineering peers to ensure accuracy.

You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams spanning cross-border integrations and security/compliance engagements while coaching teams in Agile/Scrum practices and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in technology project or program management across multi-workstreams.
• Ability to read API/design docs and discuss architecture with engineers.
• PM certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM) preferred.
• Experience managing vendors, partners and government/enterprise stakeholders in the region.
• Excellent English communication for engagement with partner teams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements and integration risk across multi-cloud/multi-platform footprint.
• Own project charter, milestones, and cost baselines for leadership approval.
• Maintain technical traceability between requirements and system design for sign-off.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning for cross-functional squads.
• Coordinate and validate system design documents and architecture diagrams with partner teams.
• Oversee onboarding transitions, UAT, and API-level dependencies across vendors and clients.
• Coach teams on Agile values, manage vendor/client relationships, and capture lessons learned.
