Job summary

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Solutions Engineer partners with go-to-market and internal teams to demonstrate Deel's platform value to prospective clients and support complex B2B sales cycles across geographies.

You will assess customer processes, translate requirements into technical designs, and lead discovery, demos, and integration workshops to ensure credible, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent customer-facing technical role).
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market and/or enterprise).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with diverse stakeholders (IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR).

Responsibilities

• Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel's platform value and drive technical wins.
• Consult with prospects to assess processes, gaps, and propose optimized future-state solutions.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demos, and integration workshops.
