Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking a seasoned Program Management & Enterprise Delivery leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise software implementations on the DW platform, from discovery through production stabilization.

You will lead executive governance, manage scope, budget, schedule, and resources, coordinate across Product, Platform, Engineering and Operations, and act as senior escalation point for delivery risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services with 10+ years in senior program management or delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise software implementations.
• Establish executive-level program governance and portfolio reporting.
• Maintain control of scope, budget, schedule, and resources across programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Platform, Engineering, and Operations.
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery risk and issue resolution.
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to evolving Professional Services delivery standards.
