is seeking a Business Development/Solutions Lead to identify enterprise opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships, driving AI projects from initial discussions through commercialisation in Singapore. You will engage across industries such as biomedical, finance, advanced materials, scientific research, and engineering to translate customer problems into practical business AI solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic partnerships, solution sales, or consultative sales.
Experience selling to enterprise or high-value customers.
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to translate customer problems into practical AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop new B2B enterprise customers across key industries.
Understand customer challenges and identify AI-enabled opportunities.
Manage end-to-end sales: outreach, needs analysis, POC, negotiation, closing.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Solutions teams to tailor offerings.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders including business & technology leaders.
Drive POCs, partnerships, and long-term customer relationships.
Monitor AI market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide customer feedback to shape product and commercial strategy.
