Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. You will own an SEA portfolio, guiding enterprise customers through adoption, value realization, and growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to develop Success Plans, drive measurable outcomes, and minimize churn while expanding Atlassian solutions across a multi-language region.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Customer Success or enterprise account management.
• Experience leading strategic, multi‑stakeholder engagements and influencing outcomes.
• Ability to quantify value, connect adoption to business outcomes, and guide executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from C‑Suite to executives and global teams to maximize value from Atlassian solutions.
• Own a Southeast Asia portfolio from Singapore, partnering with Account Executives and partners to deliver localized, outcome‑based programs.
• Collaborate with customers to develop Success Plans, conduct regular check‑ins and QBRs anchored in measurable business outcomes.
• Manage post‑sales activity with relationship building, product expertise and execution to ensure customer success.
• Maintain understanding of Atlassian products including AI capabilities and governance, enabling effective customer conversations.
