OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Team Head for Enterprise Banking Industries to lead a portfolio of mid-sized to large SMEs and local corporates. You will shape and execute the team's business strategy, deepen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

You will coach Relationship Managers, oversee credit proposals, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with product, credit and support functions to deliver holistic solutions as One Group.

Qualifications

• Experienced commercial/corporate banker with strong RM, business development and credit track record.
• Proven leadership in coaching Relationship Managers or similar client-facing teams.
• Strong credit judgment for complex financing, risk and commercial balance.
• Strategic, commercially driven with ability to translate priorities into execution.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborative leader who builds trust across product, credit and support teams.
• Resilient, decisive, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Committed to developing people and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Relationship Managers to meet objectives.
• Define and execute engagement strategy with clear priorities for deepening relationships and new customers.
• Provide deal leadership and guidance on engagement, solution structuring and credit proposals.
• Oversee portfolio performance including financials, utilization, cross-sell and credit quality.
• Ensure sound credit discipline and timely escalation of credit, compliance and operational matters.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit partners and stakeholders across the OCBC Group to deliver holistic solutions as One Group.
• Drive disciplined sales management and pipeline conversion against plans.
• Foster high-performance, customer-centric culture with regular coaching.
