Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist in Singapore to drive AI deployments from discovery through pilot and production rollout. You will translate ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes, sitting between customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product to ensure alignment and success.

You will spend time onsite with customers, navigating constraints and delivering real value.

Qualifications

Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and identify problems to solve.
Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
Define scope, metrics, and plans for pilots and rollouts.
Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
Support production launches and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on usage.
Identify expansion opportunities with customers.
