Job summary

TechKnowledgey Pte Ltd is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Singapore to design, build, and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems within regulated enterprise environments. You will develop scalable AI applications, retrieval pipelines, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and observability tooling while collaborating with Architects, Delivery teams, and enterprise client stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on engineering capability, production delivery experience, and a strong

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of software engineering and AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend development.
• Hands-on experience building AI apps using LLM APIs and RAG systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or similar.
• Strong retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation methods.
• AWS deployment experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, streaming APIs, modern web app integration.
• Understanding enterprise AI risks and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines with embedding evaluation and retrieval optimization.
• Develop prompt frameworks, role instructions, escalation flows, and guardrails.
• Implement production-grade AI guardrails including PII redaction and input sanitization.
• Design and deploy AI systems in in-region and in-VPC enterprise environments on AWS.
• Build and maintain FastAPI services, streaming APIs, React interfaces, and integrations.
• Deploy workloads on ECS, EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, API Gateway and related services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, infrastructure automation, and observability tooling.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior engineers.
• Create reusable assets like runbooks, prompt libraries, and tooling accelerators.
