Job summary

Hero, our platform, focuses on enterprise-grade AI integrations and live demonstrations that run against real Oracle, Workday, and SAP tenants. You will own the technical sales motion end to end, build scalable playbooks, and partner with the founder to close strategic accounts in APAC.

You will lead an SDR cohort and translate customer needs into scoped engineering work. You should bring 2+ years of AI demo experience for enterprise buyers, deep AI fluency, and a track record of six-figure

Qualifications

• 2+ years demoing agentic or generative AI to enterprise buyers.
• Deep technical fluency with modern AI (LLMs, agents, tooling).
• Technical lead on six-figure ACV deals with Fortune 500 or regional enterprise buyers.
• Willing to take on people leadership and coach an SDR team.
• Charisma and hustle; able to engage CIOs and CFOs and coach objections.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales motion end to end: discovery, demos, POC design, RFP responses, objections, and validation.
• Build live demos against real Oracle/Workday/SAP tenants with production-grade data.
• Scope and run POCs, map data to agent capabilities, define measurable outcomes.
• Partner with founder on enterprise deals; own the technical case.
• Lead and coach the SDR team; conduct pipeline reviews and hire cohorts.
• Translate customer requests into scoped work for engineering (new integrations, edge cases).
• Provide feedback to product/marketing from customer calls to shape roadmap.
• Create a scalable technical sales playbook: demos, POC framework, teardowns, SE hiring bar.
