Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Childcare) for our Punggol centre. The role focuses on engaging with customers to increase enrolment, handling fee collections, and delivering excellent service in a childcare setting.

You will greet visitors, manage records, ensure children’s safety, and support daily centre operations in a busy environment. This position requires childcare customer service/admin experience and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Increase enrolment through customer engagement.
• Handle and ensure smooth fee collection.
• Answer calls courteously, route messages and provide information to customers.
• Greet visitors and uphold security procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Ensure the safety and health of children at all times.
• Maintain an administrative system with timely data, records and reports.
• Register and maintain the waiting list and assist daily operations of the centre.
• Support day-to-day operations of the childcare centre.
