Responsibilities

• Engage customers to increase enrolment and handle smooth fee collection.
• Answer calls courteously, route messages, and provide information to customers.
• Greet visitors and uphold security procedures.
• Prepare, submit reports and maintain accurate data, records, and waiting lists.
• Support daily operations of the centre and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate centre administration and ensure office equipment is functioning.
• Maintain centre files in order and ensure compliance with regulations.
