Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to manage leads, conduct centre tours, and close enrolments.

You will deliver a premium parent experience, build strong relationships, and represent the brand across our centres at Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Pandan Valley, and Jurong East. The role requires a Diploma, 3 years of sales experience (EC industry preferred), and willingness to work weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder.
• 3 years of sales experience, preferably in EC Industry.
• Willing to work weekends as required (to support parent visits).

Responsibilities

• Lead management and conversion: engage leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
• Centre tours and sales closure: conduct tours and close enrolments.
• Customer experience excellence: deliver premium experience and follow-ups.
• Brand representation: represent the centre brand and messaging.
• Performance and targets: achieve targets for lead-to-visit, show-up rates, and enrolments.
