Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Assistant / Technician (Industrialization) to support NPI and industrialization on the production floor in Singapore.

You will work closely with engineers to turn designs into efficient manufacturing layouts and documented processes. Join a hands-on team to set up production floor layouts, create work instructions, collect basic process data, and assist with prototype builds and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronics or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Visio (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support Industrialization Engineers on NPI and continuation projects.
• Assist in setting up and documenting production floor layouts.
• Create Work Instructions (DWI) and process flow diagrams.
• Collect and analyze basic manufacturing process data.
• Support prototype and pilot builds.
• Assist with process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, production teams, and stakeholders.

We are looking for ahands-on Engineering Assistant / Technicianto support ourIndustrialization and New Product Introduction (NPI)activities. This role works closely with engineers to help bring new products from design into smooth, efficient manufacturing.
