Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore seeks an experienced Mechanical/Automation Engineer to support new product introductions and ensure production readiness. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing documents (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, WI), drive productivity through process optimizations, and mentor junior engineers. Cleanroom experience and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering.
• 3-5 years in assembly or automation manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in assembly or automation manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of BOM, mechanical drawings, and basic GD&T.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
• Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
